At GR8TOPS, we’re Jeep owners, too. We understand! That’s why we strive to make sure you a happy customer! If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please let us know. We accept returns, following some common sense guidelines, as outlined below.

Hardtop Orders

All hardtops are built to order with specific options and colors.   No refunds on factory or custom automotive color matching of hardtops.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of ship date upon approval. Please call for approval on all returns. All Non-warranty returns and exchanges including refused shipments will incur a 25% restocking fee. For all Non-warranty item returns and the customer agrees to pay original shipping and return shipping/freight costs. Refunds (minus original and return shipping costs) will be processed and returned to customers choice of either a credit card on file or check mailed only after product is received and inspected. For all non-warranty item exchanges the customer agrees to pay original shipping, return shipping, exchange product shipping. Returns/exchanges should be shipped in original packaging and in new, unused condition to GR8TOPS, 404 Two Notch Rd, Lexington, SC 29073.

Order cancellations:

Orders cancelled by customers by choice and no fault of GR8TOPS can be refunded minus merchant or paypal.com fees for the original transaction and fees associated with the refund transaction.  Orders cancelled after order is shipped or manufactured incur the 25% restocking fee and also no refund on custom paint color cost.   Custom hardtop orders that have custom painted colors are not refundable.

Privacy Policy

At GR8TOPS, we value your privacy, and take great measures to insure your information is secure. We also do not share our customers’ information with other companies.

Shipping/Freight Information

We ship over-sized products, such as hard tops, via Southeast Freight and R&L Carriers. To get the best price on your shipment, all final shipping calculations will be done manually. Because of the fuel surcharge daily variances, freight costs can change frequently. The shopping cart application will attempt to give you the best estimate on freight shipping costs at the time of your order. After you place your order, we will shop the best freight price. If the freight costs vary significantly we will email an updated invoice total with the freight adjustment for your approval before processing the order.  To our Canadian customers, we can get it to the border for you. We are currently working on a solution to ship directly to you.
